In order to be able to respond to urgent requests, and in particular for invitation letters to obtain a visa, we recommend that you send them to us no later than July 31st.
Please make sure you have all the following documents before you start your registration :
- ID picture (face centered + top of shoulders .jpeg)
- Visa Form completed (if required.pdf). Check if you need a visa > Visa assistant (online service)
- Student card – school year 2023/2024 (for the student category only)
The registration* includes access to conference rooms + conference materials + breaks + social events (Monday Welcome Cocktail, Wednesday Conference Party**)

*Registration is nominative, individual, non-transferable and cannot be shared between different
