By submitting an abstract, each author agrees to present the accepted contribution (oral or poster) and to register to the event (one registration is required for each accepted contribution). Early registration fee for speaker or poster presenter : 980€ VAT excl.

Two-column templates for the papers (Latex or Word) are available by clicking on the respective links. Templates contain instructions concerning style for text, figures and tables (see also: https://www.epj-conferences.org/for-authors).
Expected format submissions
Conference participants are invited to submit their papers in pdf format.The number of pages of each contribution is limited to 10 including tables, figures and references; extra pages beyond the imposed limit will be charged separately.
Author responsibility
Each author is required to obtain all internal reviews and institution approvals prior to submission.
Conference proceedings
The submitted papers, if accepted after peer reviewing, will be published in the conference proceedings by EJP Web of Conferences.
Presentations
At the conference, presentations will be in the form of either oral talks or posters.
Best papers
After the conference, the authors of the best papers selected by the scientific committee will be invited to publish an expanded version of their contribution in the open-access journal EPJ N.
Language
Submissions, publications and onsite presentations will be in English.
