Templates
One-column templates for the papers (updated templates : Latex or Word) are available by clicking on the respective links. Templates contain instructions concerning style for text, figures and tables (see also: https://www.epj-conferences.org/for-authors).
Expected format submissions
Conference participants are invited to submit their papers in pdf format.
••• ➔ The number of pages of each contribution is limited to 10 including tables, figures and references. Extra pages beyond the imposed limit will be charged separately.
Conference proceedings
The submitted papers, if accepted after peer reviewing, will be published in the conference proceedings by EPJ Web of Conferences.
Best papers
After the conference, the authors of the best papers selected by the scientific committee will be invited to publish an expanded version of their contribution in the open-access journal EPJ N.
Language
Submissions, publications and onsite presentations will be in English.

Microsoft Powerpoint file
Your presentation will be displayed in landscape orientation on 16/9 screens.
We recommend to:
Use high-contrast lettering and readable fonts (minimum font size of 24).
Use standard Windows fonts only. (avoid original fonts)
Use high-contrast colours (light text on dark background or vice versa).
