(*) VAT: A company subject to VAT, established in France or in another Member State of the European Union (EU), may claim a refund of VAT
(a) Oral speaker & Poster presenter: one registration must be made for each presentation (oral and poster alike) by July 15 at the latest.
(b) Preferential fee: for co-authors, committee members, session chairs, SFEN/ANS/AESJ/KNS members
(c) Student: A valid student card is required to confirm this status
Please make sure you have all the following documents before you start your registration:
- ID picture (face centered + top of shoulders .jpeg)
- Visa Form completed (if required). Check if you need a visa > Visa assistant (online service)
- Student card (a valid student card is required to confirm this status)
The registration includes: access to conference rooms + conference materials + social events: Welcome reception, Conference party (limited to the first 200 registrations)
Optional: A +1 invitation for an accompanying person to the Conference Party is purchasable at the price of 100€ VAT excl. (120€ VAT incl.), limited to one per delegate. This invitation does not grant access to the Congress.
Registration is nominative, individual, non-transferable and cannot be shared between different delegates.
No single day fee.
