By submitting a paper, each author agrees to present the accepted contribution (oral or poster) and to register to the event (one registration is required for each accepted contribution).
● Language: The English is the language of the conference: submissions, publications and onsite presentations (oral and posters)
● Author responsibility: It is the responsibility of the author to get all internal reviews and institution approvals prior submission.
● Publications: Full papers, oral and poster presentations will be available post-conference for participants via a download link.
● Templates: The full paper must be submitted in pdf format. It is the author’s responsibility to check the pdf version of the paper to ensure proper final use (in particular check the “embed all fonts” option). Contributions may be submitted for oral or poster presentation.

The format:
Microsoft Powerpoint file.
Your presentation will be displayed in landscape orientation on 16/9 screens.
Improve the communication value of your slides
Use readable fonts (min font size of 24) and high-contrast lettering colors.
Use standard Windows fonts only.
A maximum of 7 lines per slide and 5 words per line.
Present infographics and charts .
Poster presentation to be displayed on the poster board at your disposal onsite
