Student: A valid 2024/2025 student card is required to confirm this status
▪ The registration includes: access to the conferences + conference materials + daily catering (lunches & refreshment breaks).
▪ Optional: access to the conference party. The party is limited to 125 persons only, on a first-come first-served basis. A maximum of 2 vouchers can be bought per participant.
▪ Registration is nominative, individual, non-transferable and cannot be shared between different delegates. There is no single day fee.
Please make sure you have all the following documents before you start your registration :
- Your ID picture (face centered + top of shoulders, .jpeg)
- If required, the Visa Form completed (.pdf). Check if you need a visa > Visa assistant (online service)
