[Replay] Webinar : The role of the French mix within European integrated power markets
The study provides insight on the regional contribution of the French electricity mix, and especially nuclear, into Europe’s decarbonization and power market stability. It offers a data-driven analysis of power markets interactions, hourly dispatch patterns, and emission impacts across six interconnected European markets (France, UK, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain), in 2026 conditions. To enrich the discussion, three leading energy economists will offer their perspectives on the study’s findings and their relevance regarding current debates on the electricity sector in Brussels and across Member States.
