Le nucl\u00e9aire a enfin trouv\u00e9 sa place dans les COP sur le climat. Apr\u00e8s une pr\u00e9sence remarqu\u00e9e en Ecosse lors de la COP26, de nombreux \u00e9v\u00e8nements ont port\u00e9 sur le nucl\u00e9aire lors de la COP27 en Egypte. Cela a un impact jusque dans les n\u00e9gociations finales entre les parties.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Face \u00e0 l\u2019urgence climatique, plus aucune forme d\u2019\u00e9nergie bas carbone n\u2019est \u00e9cart\u00e9e des COP sur le climat. C\u2019est ainsi que le nucl\u00e9aire a eu une tr\u00e8s forte visibilit\u00e9 lors de la COP27 \u00e0 Charm el-Cheikh qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du 6 au 18 novembre dernier. Ainsi cette ann\u00e9e, l\u2019atome a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une pr\u00e9sence sous deux formes.<\/p>\n

D\u2019une part, un stand institutionnel de l\u2019Agence internationale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie atomique (AIEA) nomm\u00e9 \u00ab Atoms4Climate \u00bb a attir\u00e9 de nombreux visiteurs. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 co-financ\u00e9 par les associations industrielles et a vu se d\u00e9rouler de nombreuses conf\u00e9rences diffus\u00e9es en streaming. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de voir intervenir \u00e0 plusieurs reprises le Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019organisation onusienne Rafael Grossi<\/a>. D\u2019autre part, un stand \u00ab ONG \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 mont\u00e9 aux couleurs de Nuclear4Climate. Cette initiative, cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2015 \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la COP21, a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par une centaine de volontaires issus des organisations \u00ab jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00bb des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s nucl\u00e9aires (SfenJG, ENSYGN, IYNC) et des ONG partenaires.<\/p>\n
