Visa Form completed (if required.pdf). Check if you need a visa > Visa assistant (online service)

The registration includes access to conference rooms + conference materials + daily catering (lunches & refreshment breaks) + social events (welcome cocktail, conference reception*)

Details

(a) Speaker / Poster Presenter
To ensure the availability of their full paper and/or poster in the conference publications, authors (oral and poster presenters) must register for the meeting by April 30 at the latest. If you are a student, you qualify for the student registration fee.

(b) Student
A valid student card is required to confirm this status.

(c) Preferential
For co-authors, committee members, session chairs, members of Sfen and Nuclear Societies partners of the conference
