Registration

Please make sure you have all the following documents before you start your registration :

• ID picture (face centered + top of shoulders .jpeg)
• Visa Form completed (if required.pdf). Check if you need a visa > Visa assistant (online service)
• Student card – school year 2023/2024 (for the student category only)

The registration* includes access to conference rooms + conference materials + daily catering (lunches & refreshment breaks) + social events (Monday Welcome Cocktail, Tuesday Cocktail Party)

* Registration is nominative, individual, non-transferable and cannot be shared between different
delegates. No single day fee.
